CAD SOLUTION

Jandia has 3 CAD stations .One PRO-E & Two SOLIDWORKS Systems. These are authenticated softwares.We do design as per customer Input. We can convert 2D manual drawings to 3D modeling. We can also do Reverse Engineering from the available component by doing inspection and do improvement to the model. We also takeup Concurrent Engineering. Design output can be in format which can be converted to easy format like IGES or Step for future processing.

Our CAD operators aren't just highly skilled in CAD, they also have an in-depth knowledge of building services so they provide practical, workable solutions. Drawings are produced whether to our own existing standards or to the standards you specify and are delivered within pre-agreed time-scales to suit even the fastest of fast-track projects.

RAPID PROTOTYPE

After making design in the computer, customers if they wanted to see the shape physically we can make rapid prototype of the component from the Educational Institutes like Vellore Institute of Technology or PSG Institute. As these are educational institutes we can get better pricing. RPT models can be depositioned / Lever techniques based on customer requirement come cart varies for each type.

SAND CASTING

Once they see RPT and happy with appearance & shape, if they want to go for few samples before going for regular tooling which will cost more money and time.RPT models can be used to make sand casting to the near model shape. But the material may not be reused to do functional testing and assembly for the next stage.

CASTING / FORGING, GEARS / ASSEMBLIES, PLASTIC / RUBBER / ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS

We have tie-up with small scale industries to supply components to companies abroad. We have our own inspection setup, so that we can ensure components to customer taste & requirement. We can understand customer requirement better because we have more exposure to international market.

We are also located in Coimbatore which is a part of Southern India well known for casting components.

In and around Coimbatore there is lot of textile companies. They buy components for their machinery. We would like to use their existing set up to make gears, splines companies additional capacity. We have 2500 SQ space wherein we can make assemblies.
